  • 3D HUNGARIAN HISTORY 3D Hungarian history can be watched with the help of a 15-minute long 3D film in the Jurisics Castle. The high-tech 3D work features the defining events of our history starting from the conquest up to the present days. The 15-minute film presents, among others, the baptism of King Stephen, the Mongol invasion of Hungary, the siege of Nándorfehérvár, the coronation of Matthias I, the Reform Era, Budapest at the beginning of the past century as well as the two World Wars. The sites of the virtual time travel include, for example, the early medieval castles of Buda and Visegrád, the Cathedral Basilica of Székesfehérvár, the library of King Matthias, the Battle of Mohács, and tents of the Kuruc convention in Szécsény as well as Budapest at the time of the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. In addition to Hungarian, the film can be viewed in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, and Chinese.
